UK Delivery

International Delivery  

We ship worldwide from the UK using:

• Standard International Tracked - complimentary

• DHL Worldwide Express - price shown at checkout

Indicative Express rates (added at checkout):

• Europe: DHL Express - £45.00

• Macao SAR: DHL Express only - £35.00

• USA & Rest of World: DHL Express - £55.00

Duties and taxes

UK

VAT applies to UK customers only.

USA

All US orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).
That means all applicable import duties, tariffs and taxes are included in the total you pay at checkout, and Coutille pays them on your behalf via our shipping partner. No additional charges should be due on delivery in the United States.

Rest of World (outside the UK & USA)

For all other international destinations, duties, taxes and any local import fees are payable by the recipient and may be requested by your local customs authority before delivery. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.

By law, we must declare all items at their full value, and customs documentation will be attached to the outside of your parcel to help processing move as smoothly as possible.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, or if duties/taxes due (where applicable) are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred and the cost of return shipping. If we are charged these fees on your behalf, they will be deducted from your refund.
