Preorder allows us to manage demand, limit waste and gives you the chance to secure your order with us before that product goes out of stock.
It will state on the product page underneath the 'add to bag' button whether the product is available on a preorder basis and the estimated shipped from date.
When you preorder an item, you can expect for your order to be shipped from the date given on the product page. If we are able to ship your order out sooner than this we will do so, however this date will be an accurate time frame as to when you can expect us to dispatch your order.
In the event that there is a delay to us shipping your order on time, we will notify you personally via the email you provide us with on placing your order.
For all 'in stock' products including our 24:7 Slip Dresses and our Better than nude lingerie capsule, we aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.

For any made-to-order products, we estimate between 6-8 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. As we have a small atelier, this may increase during very busy periods. Feel free to get in touch with us if you would like an update on your order status.
