All Coutille pieces are made in the United Kingdom or Portugal and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

International Delivery

Coutille currently ships to selected international destinations only. 

Available Standard and Express shipping options are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination.

Countries We Ship To

United States (DDP)

All US orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).

Applicable import duties, tariffs and taxes are included in the total price paid at checkout, and Coutille pays these charges on your behalf through our shipping partner. No additional charges should be due upon delivery in the United States.

Europe (DDP)

We currently ship to the following European destinations on a Delivery Duty Paid basis (DDP):

Import duties, taxes and any local customs fees are not included in the total price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may be requested by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier before delivery.

Duties and Taxes

United Kingdom

VAT applies to UK customers only.

International Orders

For orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, all applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes and customs charges are included in the total price paid at checkout.

For orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any import duties, taxes and local customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested before delivery.

If you are unsure of the charges that may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

By law, we are required to declare all goods at their full value. Customs documentation may be attached to the outside of your parcel to facilitate customs clearance.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, or if duties, taxes or customs charges due on a DDU shipment are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any resulting fees and return shipping costs. Where such costs are charged to Coutille, they will be deducted from any refund due.
