US Customer Returns

Other customers have found a cost effective return carrier with USPS by using their online 'Click'n'Ship' service and selecting First-Class Package International Service at just over $30. 

 

To return your Coutille order to us: 

1. Please ensure that your return is packed in its original packaging and sealed entirely.

2. Print out a copy of your receipt and include this in the box. 

3. Please send via a tracked postage method to the below address:

Note the purpose of the delivery as a ‘Returned Item' to avoid unnecessary customs charges. For customs documents you can provide the information below if required:

4. Send your tracking number back to us at contact@coutille.com so we can keep an eye on your return shipment for you. 

5. Once we have received and inspected your order, we will notify you and process your refund. All goods must be returned in the exact condition they were received in - all details regarding our returns policy can be found here.
